Steve was recommended by our realtor. He did a very thorough job with inspecting the house. He gave us a clear understanding of what needed to be done and how to fix the issues. He saw much more than we originally saw. He had great communication skills and made everything easy to understand. He made our report quickly and made it easy to understand.
I would definitely recommend SJ Murphy’s Home Inspections! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and even gave recommendations on how to care for certain items around the house. Full report came back same day with everything we discussed during the inspection.
