Paul did the most thorough home inspection I’ve ever received! He uploads lots of videos and photos along with detailed comments on the various parts of the inspection. I also loved that he posts the inspection notes on the spot so you don’t have to wait to see the results.

I appreciate the work Paul did in inspecting the home we are in the process of buying. He was very thorough and had our best interests in mind, which helps immensely with the decision making process during the multiple and complicated phases of home buying. I wish the home was able to be even more completely inspected by him, which was not possible due to the home being excessively filled with boxes.

He walked us through everything and explained which items were concerning and which were just things to note. I appreciated the many photos he took and attached to the inspection report so we could visualize the issues he described. We will definitely hire Paul again in the future!
