They were very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the inspection including their final report which they completed very promptly. We loved that the final report was very thorough and included photos so we could show the sellers certain items when they didn’t believe there was a problem. Carlo and Nate made our first home buying inspection experience smooth and enjoyable. Since we know nothing about buying a home and what the inspection meant we went into the appointment a little apprehensive. Carlo & Nate were quick to put our worries to ease as we could tell right away they knew what they were doing. They found everything (to the dismay of the seller)!! They thoroughly explained everything they found, and answered all of our questions on how hard it would be to fix each item they found, and an estimate of how much item would be to fix. They were both very responsive to any questions or concerns we had before, during and after the inspection.
