I have purchased several homes in my life, and Mark’s inspection and report was the best. His report lists Major Concerns, Safety Concerns, Improvement Items and Deferred Cost Items (things that are OK now but could fail in the near future). Following that, is a section for each room and area inspected accompanied by supporting photos of every item identified and additional photos just for reference. His report was 53 pages. The roof inspection alone was 3 pages and included 14 photos (keep in mind this is a pretty big house). Mark is high tech. He carries a bag full of gizmos to measure temperatures, electric circuitry, water pressure, etc. Everything he finds or comments on as well as every photo is entered in an iPad application used to generate the report.
