Scott & his staff at Sandusky Bay Inspections are the best! From the actual inspection to the customer service reps who answer the phones & schedule the appointments. Every aspect is fantastic! Very friendly & detail oriented. No nook or cranny goes unchecked. They literally inspect everything, big or small. Professionalism at its finest! I would most definitely use his services again & would suggest this company to anyone I know. Legit! A++++
Scott did a great job inspecting the house we ultimately purchased! Very thorough and professional. Every aspect, nook and corner..crawled into the partial crawl space, the attic, everywhere…even inspected the in ground pool, pump and heater! Answered all questions I had. Very detailed report.

We have had inspections of 4 prospective properties over the last 7 years. The first two another company did and Scott did our 3rd. After having him, I wanted no one else.
