I live out of state, but I send Ray all my home inspections for homes I’ve sold and purchased for an honest second opinion. He has never steered us wrong and has been incredibly helpful in putting our minds at ease and pointing out any potential concerns and questions to ask. He’s always quick to respond as well.
Have used on more than one occasion. Ray is thorough and knowledgeable. His experience shows through in his work. He highlights the good and bad that he finds during inspection and explains it all. The reports that he gives are very detailed and I appreciate all the pictures that he takes and shares, especially for those hard to access areas.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ray on a recent home inspection. His expertise was apparent throughout the inspection process.
