Scott was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, professional and was very helpful answering any questions I had throughout the process. He is very thorough in his inspections and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection done.

After calling and speaking with him I had no need to call the others. He was very knowledgeable and right to the point offering me a long list of things that he inspects in the home. I appreciated him getting me scheduled in quickly and allowing me to be there during the inspection. He pointed out things that I would never have really thought to check out. He was patient with the questions I had and never made me feel rushed. I feel much more prepared for my home purchase now that it has been inspected. Thanks Scott!

Scott was extremely thorough, a little quiet while he’s working but don’t take that as he’s ignoring you he’s just in focus on making sure he is doing the best possible job. Got my report tonight and I have to say I love it. My mother walked around with him and her notes matched his notes, which made me very happy. He will take pictures and keep making his way around the house. I called him on a Saturday and Sunday. He responds to texts and calls. I was completely last minute and he still made time for me! I would pick him again. The fact that he is licensed and insured makes me very happy! Worth the cost and THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT!
