Mark and Cindy were great!! Cindy communicated very throughly and frequently with me up until our scheduled home inspection. She let me change our video conference inspection last minute to review at the home and once we got there Mark was great. I have a 6 year old son and even his interaction with him was impeccable. He’s very friendly, open and walked us through the inspection and answered all questions, without us feeling rushed. He took his time and let us take ours as well.
