Cary did a phenomenal job for us with our home inspection. This was our first home purchase, so we had a lot of nerves and questions. Cary took his time during the inspection and taught us so much. He continues to help is when we have questions now that we moved in!

Cary is the best! We’ve used him multiple times for inspections. On our first home search, Cary identified serious issues with a property we’re considering that weren’t easy to spot, and saved us from purchasing something that would’ve become costly to repair. For the home that we eventually ended up purchasing, he gave us all sorts of tips and tricks for maintenance that we still use today, several years later. Cary is extremely knowledgeable and explains his inspection results in a way that is easily understood by someone who doesn’t have any background or experience in home design/construction. Highly recommend!

Cary is phenomenal at what he does. We purchased a new home in glenview and Cary ran the the inspection process. His attention to detail is stunning. I am not kidding when I say that – I have seen Cary catch the minutest things (like a hairline crack in a siding). Further, Cary does not wash his hands of the process post the inspection. He makes himself available to answer follow up questions, if any, which is critical as you go through attorney review during the buying process. Cary is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the report to the buyer (which was very helpful for me personally)!
