Their inspected missed something huge. After contacting my contractor, they needed to replace a lot. Semper Fi does NOT stand by their inspections. Their warrant process is a joke and it’s not a warranty for their inspection. It’s a “warranty” if something breaks. Well, it did break because they missed something so obvious.

I called them because of their company name and the fact that I am a Marine at first. But I am glad I did! They are very reasonable on pricing and very professional. They showed up on time, took their time to find every discrepancy that I never would have found, and did the job better than I could have ever hoped for. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

We are purchasing a new house so you would think there was not a whole lot to find but they were very good about pointing out things and helping us develop plans to go forward with our builder. I would recommend them for anybody whether you’re buying a new home or an older home.

I scheduled a house inspection and termite inspection(WDI) through them, they told me everything is good. This house is for my wife and new baby. After I bought the house, I found rodent signs and termite in the house. And they refuse to take any responsibility for the wrong report. I have been kicked back and forth between them and their warranty company. I am very frustrated and worried now. If anyone read this review, please find a more reliable company. This is a good lesson for all of us.
