After we received the report, we called back two or three times for clarifications and recommendations and Bill was able to quickly accommodate. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable inspector with decades of experience in San Diego, you absolutely need to give Bill at SenSpec a call.

We were under an expedited timeline and Bill was able to quickly accommodate us for our home inspection, no questions asked. Bill arrived early, ready to work, right on schedule. He thoroughly explained everything he was inspecting, addressed the severity, and provided recommendations along the way. His report was clear and concise, and provided us with everything we needed to know prior to closing on our home. After we received the report, we called back two or three times for clarifications and recommendations and Bill was able to quickly accommodate.
