Kyle Nemes is the owner and licensed inspector of Serenity Inspections, LLC. While working in the roofing manufacturing industry he learned that he had a passion for construction, and a specific interest in residential home construction. He received his inspection training and certification through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), is a certified professional inspector with InterNACHI, a member of the American Society for Home Inspectors (ASHI), and has been inspecting for several years. Early on in his inspection career, Kyle dedicated time to shadowing other veteran inspectors, learning hands on the ins and outs of the inspection process from recognized professionals in the field.

I had a private home inspection provided by Serenity Inspections on the home I was purchasing. The inspection was performed by Kyle Nemes. The entire process from scheduling to the final report was a pleasant and professional experience. Kyle was extremely thorough and helpful during and after. His final report and summary of the inspection itself is very informative, simple to understand, and allowed us to easily identify the areas and issues that I may need to address in the future.

Kyle did a great job with our inspection and we will definitely use him in the future if needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He walked us through his report and answered all of our questions. We feel very comfortable buying our house knowing it was inspected to the highest standards.

Kyle was INCREDIBLE. He did a very thorough job inspecting my home prior to purchasing. He provided knowledgeable and factual information about the quality of the home and ways/people to make improvements. He was very prompt at providing the home inspection details and went above and beyond on the re-inspection of my home. I could not have been more fortunate to find him in the process of buying my first home. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.
