We got our Home inspected recently with Sherlock Homes. They fit us in at short notice, were friendly and very thorough and walked us through everything at the end. I would highly recommend them for you home inspection plus they were affordable.

I had an 11-month warranty inspection done on my house, so we have already been living in it for almost a year. I wasn’t sure that was going to affect our inspection, but it didn’t seem to change much. Rick Moore was very personable and thorough every step of the way, and was always willing to answer the many questions we had about various parts of our house. We got the report the next day and it really gave us peace-of-mind that our house was in decent shape, while pointing out a couple potential future problems and also giving us maintenance tips. I really felt like we were in good hands here.

Every was easy from scheduling the inspection to receiving the report. Rick goes above and beyond to make sure your inspection is done correctly. The walk through was really interesting and the report is really detailed. Rick even gave us advice after the inspection about how you should prioritize the work to do and refer us to some contractors. Thank you again Rick!
