My wife and I are first time home buyers and although the experience of buying a new home is daunting, this home inspection was amazing! Ken showed up early and had already looked at the exterior of the home before we showed up. Instead of brushing over what he saw, he took the time to walk us around again and very clearly show us what he saw. He did an amazing job explaining different things to look for and recommendations he had. Very thorough and an overall friendly and nice guy! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
Ken just completed my inspection (I’m in the process of purchasing my first home) today & he was fabulous. He was thorough & explained everything to me in a way that I (a single mom) could understand. I would highly recommend him & I will def hire him again when/if I need an inspector again!
