They were kind and helpful over the phone when making and adjusting the appointment time. The inspector himself was very professional and educational as he was conducting the inspection. I received the report the next day, and a repair estimate the day after that. The inspection documents are PHENOMENAL. They are easy to read, well organized, and informative.
