I purchased a new build but wanted the reassurance from an extra due diligence of a home inspection and was able to book online super easy. Robert was fantastic and showed up on time and explained every question I had about my new home. He found a few findings that I would have missed saving me a ton of time because now I am able to get these fixed before move in. Definitely worth the money and glad I booked with them. Scott came and then performed the mainline inspection and overall it took about half a day and was a very smooth experience. Report was very comprehensive and clear with photos.

Robert is a highly trained home inspector that sees all including the deep recesses / cavity of the home he’s inspecting. What Robert had done for us made us feel more assured that we will be walking in a home with a good understanding of the issues we need to focus our attention to safeguard first and foremost the safety of our family. After the inspection, he sat down with us and explained what he had observed and potential consequences if remains unresolved. Although Robert tends to portray a relaxed composure and always had a smile, he really knows what he was talking about. His explanations were very clear, succinct, and well intentioned. We highly recommend Robert for home inspection. Thank you for allowing us to provide feedback. BTW: The report is well written with photos, recommendations, and much more.
