Chris from Smart Home Inspection was awesome! The prices were great for what we got; it was well worth the money. We decided not to buy the home that was inspected because of the results. He saved us from one of the worst decisions we could have made. Any inspection would have found the same issues, but Chris took the time to explain what things meant. Being first-time home buyers, we are not very familiar with some things. Chris explained the potential hazards and what it would mean for us down the road, and we really appreciated that. He was so detail-oriented and he answered all our questions. My aunt, who is a real estate agent, was impressed at how thorough the inspection was. We will definitely use him again for the next house we look at.

Chris is an excellent home inspector. I appreciate his knowledge and detailed report. As a Realtor I give my buyers 3 inspectors, but he’s always on my list as one of the inspectors. He is thorough and informative about the updated rules and regulations. I highly recommend Chris to other buyers seeking a home inspector. Connie Cannon Realtor

He is extremely thorough in his inspection and report. He went on the roof and under the house as well. He didn’t miss anything!! I am a first timer home buyer and i wasn’t quite sure what to expect. But I am so impressed and pleased by him, but mainly I am extremely relieved that his report was so detailed so I know exactly what I am getting myself into! Thank you Chris so much!

Best price in town! Had Chris come out to our home in Ramona, this was not an easy house to inspect, hills sides, ADU, detached garage, etc…. He is extremely thorough and professional. Crawl space, attic, roof, literally went over it all. Report was easy to read and clear photos to understand everything. Thanks Chris! I will recommend to all my family and Friends!
