Over the course of the last 12 years I have enjoyed remodeling work. The experience I gained during this time has helped me greatly in pursuing a career in Home Inspections. I have graduated from the ASHI School in Southern California in the fall of 2012 and have worked as a Home Inspector since the beginning of 2013. My clients are my highest priority, I provide a thorough home inspection and am always available for follow up questions or concerns.

We could not meet her in person both times, so we shared some questions up front, and she diligently provided more details in the areas of our concern. She was very helpful in post-inspection conversations including some recommendations. She is very pleasant and patient to work with.
She explained everything in person, and provided a comprehensive inspection report, laying out which items should be addressed soon, and which could wait. She made herself available to answer any and all questions. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
Uli did a thorough inspection, which was accompanied by a thorough report, for a house I then decided to buy. I’ve continued to reference that inspection report and have basically used it as a guide to do repairs and updates, but it’s been most helpful when sharing it with contractors and tradespeople. Her work in invaluable, I highly recommend her.
