The inspection was incredibly thorough and detailed, and he explained everything to us (first time home buyers!) in a clear and digestible way, giving us confidence in our first home purchase. Rob also made himself readily available for follow-up appointments for things like water testing and the final walk-through, allowing us to close quickly. He was personable, helpful, and is clearly devoted to his work. I would 100% recommend working with Soundview Home Inspections, especially to any first time home buyers out there!

Rob is the best!! I have used him a few times and he has always been professional and friendly. His inspections are thorough, he explains everything in great detail, offering suggestions (which I always need), and makes himself available whenever you need him. Rob makes the home buying process a little less stressful, because he is so knowledgeable and trustworthy!
