The only time he bother to call was to charge my credit card 3-4 days after the appraisal was done
Never got said appraisal and when I called to get a refund I was told “I do not handle the money side of this”. I have the charge on dispute with my bank. Up to this day, I have not gotten the appraisal nor a refund. Worst customer service I ever experienced.
