Greg Colburn at Southeast Home Inspection was a great help in inspecting our new house. As a first time home buyer, he was very diligent with reviewing the property, putting our minds at ease. He let me accompany him during the inspection, answered all of our questions, and prepared a thorough report identifying any issues.
