Southern Idaho Home Inspections is a local family owned and operated company based in Twin Falls, ID. Our home inspectors have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of home and commercial inspections. Our lead inspector has a thorough knowledge of a home’s heating and air conditioning system, he is the only GSA trained and CFC certified inspector in Southern Idaho, who specializes in all aspects of a home’s HVAC system. We use state of the art thermal imaging equipment that can help detect moisture in the walls and/or spotty and missing insulation. Our inspectors will also examine your home’s plumbing, roof, insulation, structure, foundations, electrical system, well equipment, solar panels, wind power generators, diesel power generators, and water intrusion potential. At our clients request, and by use of a state of the art scientific testing lab, we can now test microbial growth as well as led in your homes potable water supply.

Very pleasant and so informative. It’s like they were able to read my mind and answer all my questions. They gave me wonderful advice and made me feel good about all there findings. Made sure I knew exactly what they were talking about and didn’t use phrases or things I didn’t understand. Incredible people great service and worth every penny. Made my experience such a nice one. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.

I was not able to be on site while they were there, and they went over the report with me over the phone. July 10, 2020 9:45 am

Inspection team was thorough. I was not able to be on site while they were there, and they went over the report with me over the phone. The report was then emailed to me complete with pictures within a few hours. I was happily surprised at the cost as well. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.
