Steve was our inspector when my wife and I were purchasing our first home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and made the process very easy for us. He answered every question I asked, and even told us about things to look for when purchasing a home in Maine. I would highly recomend his service!

Steve was great and knowledgeable. Got us involved with the inspection process. Very hand on. We knew the place we put an offer on needed some love, but not to the extent that he showed us. We will be asking for his help in the next place.
