We hired Matthew to do a home inspection…we are first time home-buyers and we didn’t know what to expect. He went above and beyond! Not only did he do an in-depth inspection, he answered all of my questions and even explained everything in detail. Super nice & sweet guy! I am SO happy we went with company! I will be suggesting Southpaw to others, 100%!
We were very pleased with this company. As soon as he arrived, he got straight to work. The inspector displayed much patience with me as I love to learn and ask many questions. After his initial inspection, he took me around the exterior and interior of the house explaining (on a layman level) and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. He was polite, respectful, and professional. We will most certainly use him in the future and will recommend Southpaw Property Inspection to any and all.
The ease of scheduling of the home inspection was so easy through the website. The thoroughness of report was amazing and it was easy to read!
