Jake was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. His home inspections are super thorough. He offers different options to include in the home inspection, and he explains what those options entail.The prices are very reasonable. He saved me a few hundred dollars by going above and beyond the inspection to make sure we had what was required by the lender. Any time I have texted him or called for any questions about the inspection, he has always been so kind and returned them in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to everyone! There are a lot of home inspection companies that we could use here in indiana, but as soon as I found Spec1, I knew we had found something more than usual. The work was more than what I expected and I typically expect a lot from my home improvement team when my clients are buying a home. They were there early just as they promised and all the work was done on the exterior of the home by the time the appointment was even to begin. The reporting they provided was extremely detailed and supported by photographs from several different angles. This helps make it clear to the seller what the exact problem is without confusion or follow-up.
