He inspected everything inside and outside the house and found some things such as it needed a new roof (leaking inside the house), attic insulation, broken water pipe, among other things that had not been revealed by the seller. Terrible! Chuck Marion is a scammer and that’s not only my opinion when it took 6 months to deal with him, it’s the others I contacted in the industry that had to come behind him and repair the work at an added cost. Faulty inspection and we learned its against state law to inspect and repair the same home. He has not adhered to the ASHI code of ethics or any reasonable human ethics. Multiple calls to him.
Chuck was awesome! Very professional, courteous, detailed, etc. He was inspecting my house for someone else but I was allowed a report and he was very kind to me.
He clearly has a lot of experience with this material and knowledge about how to care for it. He provided very clear details with photos of spots to be addressed. He helped us find someone qualified to make repairs and kindly offered to visit the house in six months free of charge to make sure that all is in good order. He was very professional with timely communications. Thanks for making the drive to Auburn to help us out! Much appreciated!
