With over 15 years as a home builder & 15 years as a construction company owner, Steve has a great understanding of how homes in the St. Louis & St. Charles areas should be built, & a great understanding of the signs & symptoms when there is a problem with a home.

INTERNACHI CERTIFIED

Steve is also an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector doing over 300 Inspections annually. Being certified in St. Louis is not required, but having an Inspector that took the time to take the National Home Inspection Exam and takes over 100 hours of classes a year, adds to the knowledge and experience you should expect in a home Inspector.

Very thorough and detailed inspection with photos of areas of concern. Follow up phone conversation with me explaining inspection finds and patiently answering my questions. Mr. Sonderen went so far as doing research and making calls to the City for answers regarding wiring concerns. You won’t find a better company who has your best interests at heart. I can’t thank Steve enough for all help, he went over and beyond to insure I got the best solutions to areas of concern. So, Yes hire him for your inspection needs.

We called St. Louis Home Inspection Services for an inspection of my mother’s home. The service received was prompt, thorough, respectful, and friendly. The home inspection report was clear and well organized. The template contained a section for each category of the home inspection (interior, exterior, electrical, etc). A photo of the area inspected was included alongside the area being addressed in the report. In the photos, arrows and/or circles were used to highlight the areas addressed, making it easy to locate any problems. Upon completion of the inspection we received a phone call explaining major items addressed in the report along with an e-mailed copy of the report. We wholeheartedly recommend St. Louis Home Inspection Services and would not hesitate to call again if we were to buy or sell a home in the St. Louis area. Thanks again Steve and well done.
