There were some challenges with the inspection but Tracey worked to fix them. He is responsive to client needs.
My partner and I hired Tracy at Standard Home Inspections for two home inspections during a sale & purchase last year (2017). I would definitely use his services again. He did an excellent job, compared to other home inspectors I have used in the past! Specifically, he hones in on the critical issues, so that you can prioritize what really needs to be done in a home. The details are there but you don’t get overwhelmed by them. He has a balanced sense of judgement. (By comparison, I have in the past had one experience where the inspector missed something important, and another experience where an inspector identified “problems” that actually turned out not to exist.)
