I hired Statewide Property Inspections to come out and look at a potential investment property. Scott was the inspector, and he did an excellent job! He was not only detailed and thorough in his inspection, but he also spent additional time pointing out issues and reviewing his findings, and answering all of my questions. Within 4 hours he had sent a detailed report that was organized, easy to understand and included specific photos of the findings. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and after his report, I can say Scott saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on extensive repair bills -as I skipped on this property and am perusing other options. I am SO THANKFUL for this company and will definitely be using Statewide Property Inspections again!
