After a few years, I transitioned over to be an LP Gas Technician for a major franchise gas company for over two years. The experience and knowledge I gained has helped my understand how to recognize gas line issues or leaks, as well as being able to recognize appliance installation issues.
After working as an LP gas technician, I began working my way up in the home restoration industry where I became fluent in all aspects of remodeling homes to include kitchen and bath upgrades, room additions, adding or removing walls, flooring, roofing, and electrical.

The purchase of my first home may be the biggest investment I ever make. To avoid unpleasant surprises, I asked for a home inspection to identify any major repairs that may be needed. This would help me keep my house in good condition and prevent future costly repairs. Gary from North State Home Inspection did a thorough inspection of the home and I learned more.
Ray conducted a thorough and thoughtful inspection. He is very calm and easygoing. We were both present at the inspection, and as first-time buyers, we had many questions. He was patient and willing to answer our questions.
The inspection went smoothly. Ray and I communicated via phone or email because I was away during the inspection. He and my realtor set up the inspection time/date with him, and from what I can tell, he arrived on time. The 1650 sq. ft. home. He emailed me at the end of the workday a 34-page inspection report that included all major and minor discrepancies. Ray responded quickly to any questions I had. The process was simple, and I was satisfied with the results.
Ray was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for providing our pre-home inspection as it was very valuable to us!
This is the first time I have ever received an excellent home inspection. Generally home inspections are a waste of time and money but not with Stellar Inspections Home and Commercial. He provided pictures of each problem area. He is a 5 star performer
Been the house 6 months and EVERYTHING is wrong with it. The vapor barrier is all cut up, the sliding door didn’t lock, the top of the sliding door leaked so much when it rained, the piping to the fridge leaks, the deck has rotted wood. The shower floor had a big crack in it. None of this was mentioned in the report and it’s coming down to THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS to fix. Many I learned about after only a month of living in the house.
