Inspectors said that the ceiling fan didn’t work. All they needed to do was pull the chain. They also said that a gfi plug was grounded. Electrician said that it doesn’t need to be grounded. Said had some rotten wood. Wood was replaced a week prior by a carpenter. Also stated there may be foundation problems because some of the brick were discolored underneath the house. Had to hire a contractor to inspect and find nothing but discolored bricks. I could go on and on but these guys are amateurs.

We live in CA. Jeff was the inspector, my wife’s daughter and our realtor was present for the inspection. Information from our realtor and daughter said Jeff was a professional through and through. After the inspection Jeff sat with our realtor and daughter and provided them with a 41 minute summary of his findings which daughter recorded. The inspection was performed on a Saturday and on Sunday we received the complete 151 page report with pictures. That is outstanding service! We were provided with plenty of information of the property that we were able to make a decision on the property. Highly recommend.
