David Stewart graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1981 and joined the family business building custom homes in 1983. David later studied Real Estate at North Idaho College to further his career as a General Contractor and Real Estate Developer. Stewart Construction and Arrow Point Development Company built many of the custom homes, commercial buildings and real estate development projects you may be familiar with in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. David was very prompt to respond in setting up an inspection. He did a thorough job explaining everything and providing a color copy of our inspection within 24 hours. He was kind and professional. I really liked how he has the prices listed on his website, so there was no need to play phone tag with him for a price/quote. Thank you.

David is wonderful to work with. My Realtor referred me to him, and he was as advertised. He inspected a brand new home my Wife and I put a offer on. He was extremely thorough, and answered all my questions. David has a superior background that he uses to find any and all issues. Turn around time on the report was next day! Thanks, David~

David was an amazing professional to work with! He showed up right at the time of our appointment and was very thorough in response to all of my many questions. He confidently and diligently explained any and all aspects of his findings. We received our inspection report same day, which was more than appreciated in our home buying timeline! All in all David himself and Stewart Certified Home Inspections are amazing to work with! Thank you so much for your great service!!
