I used Summit Home Inspection to conduct an inspection on a home I was interested in buying. I could not have asked for a better inspector. Jenna was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. She did an incredibly thorough job and made sure that I understood what we were looking at and what items should be a concern. After leaving the inspection I felt very good about moving forward with the purchase and that was thanks for Jenna’s attention to detail. The inspection report that I received the following day was extremely easy to understand and clearly outlined everything discussed and seen the prior day. Jenna was incredible! As first time home buyers, we had plenty of questions and she answered them all… multiple times.
