Mark and his son, Drew were excellent. They completed the home inspection and radon testing very thoroughly with photos, videos, and a lot of explanation. This is my first home purchase so I was nervous that the inspection would be a negative experience, but Mark and Drew were professional, positive, and detailed. They helped greatly to distinguish between the level of severity between issues and nothing was a deal breaker. They also gave good maintenance recommendations and improvements further down the line. I highly recommend them to others!
