Kevin and his team methodically cover all aspects of the home inspection. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. The 20+ page reports are competed timely with pictures and color coded rating the importance of each item.

We made the right choice in hiring Kevin Power of Sunrise Home Inspection. On the day of the inspection, he and his colleague were there when I arrived. Introductions were done (at a safe distance, due to Covid-19) and they started immediately. During the inspection, Kevin wanted me to ask questions, which I appreciated. I did have questions about various topics and I received an honest and sincere response. My concerns were his concerns and he gave clear, concise answers that anyone could understand. We were there over 2 ½ hours and everything was reviewed. (Kevin even got up on the roof with winds gusting to 50 mph to look down the chimney!)

You can tell he takes pride in his work and really wants to help the buyer learn about their new home. Would highly recommend and personally use him again for any further inspection/testing needs.
