Sunshine Home Inspections

We’re so happy that we went with Jason at Sunshine Home Inspections!! We could not have been more pleased with the services he provided for our very first home inspection. Scheduling was extremely easy and he was able to inspect our home the same week we reached out. The inspection was so thorough and he guided us through everything around the exterior and interior of the house. He seriously checked EVERYTHING and took tons of pictures and notes. He even went on the roof to inspect the house from the top; checking roof tiles, solar panels, etc.. As first time home buyers we learned so much from Jason. After he completed the inspection he explained all of his notes and what he recommended as the process for repairs. That same evening we received a super detailed and well organized 33 page inspection report. Jason taught us so much and truly cared for us and our future in the home. He made us feel so comfortable and helped answer all of our questions (and as first time home buyers we had A LOT of questions haha!). We highly recommend Jason!
