Sunshine Inspections

I have the opportunity to observe many of the companies that provide services in the home buying/selling process. There are many good companies in the industry, but Sunshine Inspections is always a delight to see as the buyer’s choice because I know the buyer will be getting quality service. I work with all types of customers, from big time investors to first time home buyers. The service Sunshine Inspections provides is always their best no matter who is buying or the real estate being purchased.

The realtor I was dealing with had a few recommendations as to home inspectors. The first couldn’t inspect in a reasonable time. Called Sunshine and said they could be there in 2 days, but hold on a second—Jimmy and Jonathon were already in the neighborhood and could do the inspection within 2 hours!!! I met them there and they were very friendly, but very professional and thorough. They sent me a 20 page report with photos and descriptions of issues by early evening. It absolutely helped me in making my decision to buy or not. Their reasonable fees are listed on the website and even gave me a military veterans discount. Family owned business and yes, I would highly recommend them.

I would absolutely recommend using Sunshine, and I know I will if I need another home inspected. Our inspector caught something that really saved us a lot of money that we did not know about! Its well worth their incredibly reasonable price.
