Great service and professional! We had Todd Whitman as our inspector who didn’t bat an eye when we needed to do a review over the phone. Their online experience was nice to have access to and Todd was wise enough to walk me through the trickier parts. Great overview. I appreciated some of his opinions and seemed very knowledgeable and fair in his assessment. Thanks! Would recommend and use again In the future.
The inspector didn’t look closely at many things, for example he said that there was a galvanized pipe that was actually a dirty pvc pipe, claimed dirty air filters when they were brand new and replaced an hour before his arrival, critiqued a $4000 chimney repair and claimed that professional plumbers don’t install flexible drain pipes – I have the receipt from the professional plumber who installed it. He also commented on several design choices as a problem to be repaired which has no bearing on building code.
