David will not even issue a refund on his inspection fee. I would not recommend David.
I asked him several times if I had any major issues with the house I was buying. He pointed to a loose facet and a missing drain plug in my daughters bathroom. He never told me that I had possible roof issues. You’d think this would be something a home inspector would take you to that spot and say you need to investigate this more.
