Matt is a true professional. He is expertise is evident in how he does his work and the presentation of results. We used him for both the inspection of our newly constructed home and for the 11 month warranty re-inspection. He found issues from the roof the the flooring all of which we would not have known were there. In in the re-inspection, he found problems with work we had done on the home. That alone paid for his fee.
