Sure Thing Home Inspectors
Rick Harris is the owner/operator of Home Inspectors of Columbus. Before he began professionally inspecting homes, he spent more than 20 years honing his skills in the home building industry. During that time, he worked as a general contractor and building superintendent. He also personally helped build approximately 200 homes, which gives him invaluable insight as a home inspector.
Do not recommend, no integrity. They poorly inspected a home that had extensive window damage. They mentioned some minot window issues but failed to mention the significant issue of tremendous water flooding into the home through the window when it rains due to a design failure of all the windows, the windows are missing a part that a contractor stated is very easily noted by an inspector yet they still missed it. we are first time homebuyers and so didn’t know our rights to get this looked at (as they didn’t inform us either and we were remote), and so now they don’t want to take responsibility.
Wonderful page awesome service.I owe my sincere gratitude to Mrs Alexander Melissa, a well dedicated and super brilliant crypto coordinator. I was a fresh beginner in the field and lack mostly every knowledge about Bitcoin or Forex. The assurance and time commitment she pulled up for me from the point of encouragement, advice and sincerity. It took me a day to learn the basics and I gave it a try to invest $1000 in her company website. After giving me all the analysis she assured me of extra returns in 6 days of trade and i made a profit of $12,400.
I came across Mrs. Kelly Robert, when she appeared as a guest on a Forex Podcast in USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with her straight forward approach and the principles of her trading strategy. My heart then told me to invest $3000 with her company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $32,000 after 7 days. Mrs.Kelly Robert FX. make this possible, do well and reach out to her for a secure investment too.
He was on time for our appointment which is a big deal to me. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. His sense of humor also kept me at ease about the entire process which can be overwhelming. Kimberly was also very professional and a pleasure to speak with. She explained everything in great detail. The entire company was a pleasure from The beginning to the end. I will refer anyone needing an inspection to your company. Thanks!
Knowing that we wanted to position the house in the best possible light for Buyers, we elected to have the home pre-inspected prior to listing the home. We chose the guys at Sure Thing Home Inspections in Buford, GA to perform a pre-listing inspection. They provided us with an organized report outlining not just what needed attention but described why it needed to be repaired. They also pointed out items where they suggested we consult the advice of a specialist to verify if a repair was even needed and if so to what extent. We were able to use this report as a guide to work with licensed contractors to prepare our house for listing. After completing the repairs, we were confident that our house was safe and ready for a new family to call home. The pre-listing inspection removed the stress of any potential unknown issues with our home for both my family and the new Buyers. Having our house inspected with Sure Thing Home Inspections prior to listing our home greatly simplified the process of selling our home and I believe it gave us a competitive edge in the market.
Has an agent myself, I was always interested to work with Sure Thing, only because Rob demonstrate Trust and Pride when he represent his company and I also heard great things. I’m glad that the first time I got to work with this company, it’s for my own house. Brian in the other hand was even more amazing. He answered all my questions with a smile on his face and my report was clean, no unnecessary/confusing things. Straight to the point. It was an amazing experience! I will definitely recommend this company to my future clients and I am looking forward to use Sure Thing over and over again.
