Greg began his life in the construction business at the age of 17 years. He has been in other facets of construction for over 49 years. Upon moving to Washington State in 1996, he became a WA State certified Home Inspector. Ever since then Greg has served clients throughout all Western Washington. Greg finds fulfillment helping his clients becoming educated about their potential purchase. Greg completes each inspection as if he is inspecting for his own purchase.

Phenomenal customer service. Greg went above and beyond with both of the home inspections that he did for me and my family. Super patient with his explanations, offered to help/answer any questions I may have in the future. Clearly passionate in his craft, saved us a lot of heartache and money with the thorough job he did on the first home we brought to the table. Have recommended him to friends and family in the area, will absolutely use him again when the time comes!

Greg was by far the best home inspector we could have hired, he’s very easy to work with and he explains anything you might have questions on, his inspection report is very extensive and in depth (with pictures provided and trouble areas circled/pointed out), his rates are fantastic and if we ever need an inspector again, he’ll definitely be our first call! Greg and his wife Karen are great people. Even though I just met Greg yesterday during the home inspection and only speaking and texting Karen, I can tell you they are genuine and honest folk. Above their good nature, Greg knows his stuff. Not only is he a certified home inspector with many years on his belt, but he is also a certified structural pest inspector. Additionally, Greg is currently the Vice Chair of the WA State Home Inspectors Board and from my understanding has been on that board for some time now. How lucky was I to have come across Surelock Home Inspection and have Karen reach out to explain how they differ from all the other hundreds of inspectors?
When I bought my home I had them do the inspection they were early to the appointment explain everything in detail and really took the time how to look at my home as if it was their own and they have really great customer service very impressed.
