Tim Cook started TDC Diversified over a decade ago as a furniture moving business. After a couple of years, he ventured into home restoration and remodeling using the experience gleaned from 20 years designing and remodeling family homes. Later, working closely with real estate agents, he gained experience restoring damaged rental homes and learned the basics of the real estate trade.

He gives honest inspections and works with scheduling to get them done as promptly as possible. The inspections are priced much lower than the competition but there’s no sacrifice on quality. I recommend Tim for all your home inspection needs!
This company is not only amazing but they went well above and beyond my expectations. They were fast to get it done and went through the house to make sure I was buying a good house! I was extremely impressed with the inspection and sent to my brother who also does inspections in PA and he said this company is amazing! If you need it done don’t call anyone but them!
Tim answered my call and I immediately knew I made the choice. He was friendly, informative, finished the inspection on-time and was very thorough. I also really liked the pictures he took of all the issues he found which complimented the notes on each issue very well. I would recommend and refer Tim to anyone who needs a home inspector.
