TN Home inspectors does a very thorough job. They take care to really check everything out and provide an extensive report to explain any problems with pictures. I have used them ever since they started in the business and they have completed at least 30 to 40 inspections for me. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to buy or sell a home.

Aaron came out to help inspect a brand new build and the very first house my boyfriend and I are buying together. He was incredibly easy to work and knowledgeable with an awesome personality too! I wanted to learn as much as I could about our new home, and he explained everything very thoroughly. I loved working with him.

The inspection lasted about three hours (1800 sq. ft). He looked for things I would’ve never thought about.
