We finally found the house we wanted and were in escrow. We hired “David” and his Texas Dependable Home Inspections to perform an inspection prior to closing. The short story is “David” found a foundational crack that had the house breaking in the middle. We would have never noticed it on our own. He found it so quickly, he said he was not going to charge us for the inspection and asked to use his services on the NEXT house we found. We followed his advice. Shortly thereafter we found another house and David gave us the thumbs up on the inspection. We have moved in and have had no problems or surprises.
