Texas Elite Home Inspections- TREC 20593

This company has not done a home inspection for me, but I am having one in another state right now. David took time out of his day to explain things that I didn’t understand. If he were as thorough in his work as when he helped a stranger, I’d hire him. Thank you for your time.

David was a fantastic inspector. We met him during our first house inspection. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and encouraged questions during the inspection. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. We had a bad experience with our first home purchase, so we are using Texas Elite for the second home inspection. David is a great choice for home inspections and first-time home buyers.

We liked that they worked together to complete the inspection in half the time, just over 90 minutes. We had our report within 24 hours, and it clearly described all of the issues found in the home, with photos. They were very helpful at the end of the inspection process, answering all of my questions, helping me understand the severity (or lack of severity) of the various items and code violations found. I would definitely do business with them again!

He arrived with a lady and the lady was more beneficial to me than David. He couldn’t take the time to explain anything to me after his inspection was complete as I was a first time homebuyer. He also arrived late and didn’t say that he was running late in advance. He didn’t catch that many things but the few areas of concern he listed in his report were good. Not all of it was 100% clear to me and I tried to see if he would explain it to me but couldn’t get a hold of him. I was already disappointed by then. I will never recommend him to anyone. Too bad because he lost a customer.
