Ricky Ray did an inspection on a potential second home on a lake. He was prompt, detailed, and extremely responsive. Significantly, after identifying a potential plumbing issue, he took the time to do an extensive amount of research to help diagnose the problem. I’ve been through many home inspections, but have never had an inspector dig into an issue like this. Highly recommend.

Ricky was very quick to schedule our inspection, responsive to all questions and concerns, very detailed on his report, thorough & knowledgeable and we felt that the cost of the inspection was a great value for the square footage of the home plus he inspected the pool, did a termite/pest inspection and made sure we were covered on every little or big thing he spotted.
