What a thorough inspection done professionally and the report was completed and emailed to us by the end of the day! They covered all points completely and provided clear photos and explanations of what they found. I am so very impressed and thankful for their expertise!

Many items left off or not caught on our high end home inspection. We have built and bought many homes and this was one of the worst inspections.the week we moved in we found these issues. Missed, 2 refrigerators (will need to replace both),wine cooler,mini frig, will need replacing, fireplaces and outdoor grills did not work, pool- leaks and needs a complete re-plaster.Now we have no recourse. It will be at least 20,000.00 worth of repairs and re-placements.

This company did an inspection on our home we were purchasing and missed a window that was cracked in two places. They also missed a crack in the bathroom sink. We noticed these things after we moved in and called them to see how we can get this handled and they apologized for missing these items but said they were not going to take responsibility for them. Very unprofessional direction to take on the matter.

Not only was the inspector Alex McCarty pleasant and easy to talk to but he was completely focused on his work. He stayed with us way beyond him being finished to discuss what he had found as well as add anything we wanted in the report. He was extremely knowledgeable and simply delightful. If only all professionals were this professional we would all benefit immensely. Thank you Alex!

Inspector was knowledgeable and addressed any and all of my concerns that were brought to my attention. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Caleb showed up on time, inspected all the things we were expecting in addition to a few that surprised us. More importantly, he demo’d or walked through a few important things and answered questions throughout. It was super easy.
