Fast response and great customer involvement. Ruben makes you aware of everything. He will check moisture levels and give you accurate readings which after the flood is a necessity. The report is so thorough and easy to read it made us comfortable with our decision. These folks are pros. Would use again.

Ruben was extremely professional and way more thorough than I thought inspections were! He spent over 3 hours pouring over every inch of the home I’m planning to purchase and compiled me a beautiful report for myself and my realtor. He even checked things like the dishwasher drain, how tightly secured the toilets are, and even went over the garage door sensors! Who even thinks of that?
