Larry was super quick in returning my call and getting out to my residence to survey the damage with his drone. And within hours he sent me several high resolution photos, taken from the drone, and was honest in the fact that I need to get repairs done soon. And with those photos from his drone, that he sent directly to my phone, I was able to see first hand the damage and necessity getting the claim started.
